Experiencing the mountains also means learning to read them, to recognize their scents and to bring them to the plate. In July and during the first week of September, Ambra Cortina invites you to discover the most authentic and hidden soul of our meadows with an exclusive sensory experience, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Passo Giau.
Guiding you on this botanical and gastronomic journey will be Luigi Dariz, Chef of the renowned restaurant Da Aurelio and certified expert in mountain herbs. A true guardian of the secrets of the native flora of the Dolomites.
Choose the experience that suits you:
An exclusive lesson held directly at the restaurant Da Aurelio. The Chef will guide you to discover the secrets, culinary uses and properties of the wild herbs and flowers of the Dolomites, all with the spectacular Passo Giau as a backdrop.

For those seeking a deeper and more structured experience, we move to the evocative setting of a mountain hut in Località Fedare, not far from the restaurant. A true sensory journey that combines botany with haute cuisine.
